We spent the weekend of Oct 5-6, 2017 at the campground at South Beach State Park, just South of Newport, Oregon. It is a very nice campground and is very level, making it great for bikes, especially for young kids. During the day on Sunday, we drove down to Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, between Florence and Reedsport, Oregon and to Darlingtonia Wayside State Natural Area, which is just North of Florence.
