We got to the Hoh Rain Forest around 4 in the afternoon and there we found a nicely shaded parking spot (again, dogs not allowed on most trails in National Parks). Then Janet & I hiked the 0.8 mile loop through the Hall of Mosses. As usual it was spectacular, though photos are actually much better on overcast days as the bright sunshine causes too much contrast. Then after hiking there, we took Maizy for a hike on a small trail within Bogachiel State Park.
