On our drive from Bryce Canyon to Moab, we not only went through Capital Reef National Park, but also when through a small portion of Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, as well as more of Dixie National Forest, BLM land and even some of Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. The portion of Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument I saw, and from looking at info at their Interagency Visitor Center convinced me that I need to come back here and do some more exploring!
