Late afternoon of the day we spent in Bryce Canyon NP, we drove down past Kodachrome Basin SP and instead, continued on the gravel road about 10 miles to get to Grosvenor Arch. It is located along Cottonwood Road in Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. Once you get there, it is just about a quarter mile of paved pathway to get closer to the arch. You can even hike all the way under the arch, which is actually a double arch.
