My wife and I had reserved a flight with High Adventure Air (www.highadventureair.com). Unfortunately, the morning of July 26th it was raining pretty hard. They offered a refund if I wanted, or would still make the trip if I wanted. Since I had no time to reschedule, I decided to go in spite of the weather! My wife agreed to go as well, but only on the float plane part of the trip. Once we got to the point of leaving the float plane and getting into a small boat, in the rain, she decided she would stay dry and wait in the float plane! Well, it was wet and cold, and no grizzly showed up, but a good size black bear did! I included a couple of shots that show one of the other boats that were fishing in the area to show how close we actually got to the bear!
