"Someone sent me this postcard of Annadale Beach. This card appears to been taken in the 30's or late 20's. Barat's Hotel is in the middle towards the right. Poillon is that white down strip and that white area on right cutting into the corner I believe could be the picnic field of Spanish Camp. While not clear, notice how sparse the landscape is. While you cannot notice clearly on this copy, are that their are seaside bungalows. My mother rented one for several years. Their was a store on the beach right from the path of the hotel."
