Liz Baum (at the stove directly behind the wall) has no shortage of customers (or kitchen help) for her tour de force performance of "The French Toast"... Nearly a half gallon of Sue Rodetis' double A, Vermont, maple syrup and two pounds of butter vanished without a trace in combination with our delicious, pre-ride breakfast. Lots of happy riders...Thanks Liz!
