James-This is done in Photoshop CS. To start with I shoot everything in RAW. Then when you work with your photos you have many variables at your disposal. Especially "white balance". Try it and experiment. Jim

This is a nice shot. How are you getting the blue cast? Using gels, filters or doing it in post production?
