The Yosemite Valley is one of the most beautiful, and most photographed places on earth. Since Ansel Adams early work here in the 1920s, visitors have been in awe of the scenery within the Yosemite Valley and photographers have tried to take a piece of it home to show the rest of the world. Though many views have been photographed countless times, the beauty makes it impossible to resist the desire to take one more photo, your photo, perhaps your copy of the master. The real challenge for a photographer in Yosemite is finding new ways to capture the beauty that your viewers may not have ever seen before. A photo that gives them an essence of the valley they'd never known before. I hope a few of my photos here have given you a feeling that among the familiar is something new and exciting.

For optimal viewing select "Full Screen" from the "View" pull down menu. Underneath the photograph select "original" from the "other sizes:" option. Once you are within a gallery you may automate viewing by selecting "slideshow" in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
