We had this exact same bird, we call ours a "Lazuli Bunting". Saw him and his mate in September 2012. He and mate stayed for two weeks. He was beautiful and we got pictures of him on the bird feeder. We had never seen one before at our house in 15 years in Brookings, Oregon.
