From Venice, we traveled to Milan where we quickly had to grab a bite to eat, it felt like we only had 5 mins to switch trains, and grab some kind of dinner to eat, and then make a mad dash for the train that would take us from Milan to Spain, this would be a 12 hrs train ride from 9pm to 9am. What an experience this was, with 4 bunk bed in a tiny comnpartment. I slept on the top bunk, still slept ok, I guess when you're tired even traveling through moving tracks and traversing through the alps, you're still goona sleep through it. But it did get real cold when went through the alps at night. We stayed in second class, with no shower. We talked to the neighboring rooms, who turned out to be on business trip from mainland China. This was truly an experience, good thing we had 4 to a group, because I can't imagine traveling by yourself and sleeping with total strangers...
