Most of the regular conventional type American and and coalition forces, who do not get to experience this type of mission, call us "cowboys". Mainly because of our unique type of mission, we do many unorthodox things. Crazy things like going out across country with only two or three US vehicles, having only satellite based radio communications, modifying equipment and supply articles to serve our unique purpose, living this time in a "fly by the seat of your pants" mind set. Most of that is true, but every time we leave "the wire", we are all senior NCO's and Officers...you can bet we have a plan, and definite plan to handle the maddness of our roles, responsibilities, and to serve our nation as shining stars with the missions we have drawn. No, this is by no means an easy assignment. But, with the support of the people of our nation, we will do our very best to help the people of this country stand on their own; proudly.
