After many months of training, hours and hours of practice, and many missions where the skills of these medics have been tried and tried...it was time to identify a set of instructors. These two ANA medics are the best of what this company has to offer. This photo was of the final exam where they had to start an IV, document the all treatments in a medical record, and calculate the dosage for a medication and "piggy back" the second IV into the primary IV line. No small step for any of us, but they passed. And now these two instruct all medics going through the training program in this facility. Instructors who speak the same language(s) can take DAYS off of a program of instruction!
