When everything goes well like, having the day and time agreed upon by the elders; making sure you have females to treat the females of the village, have the right facilities to keep the females seperate from the males, security forces to secure the site, coordinate for medications and supplies, and having all those elements at the right place at the right time...you have a successfull mission!
