I honestly don't know what the little green thing is, I assume just a piece of trash hitching a ride (note to self: strike painfully obvious Britney Spears joke, too easy). I almost pulled it off to clean up the shot, but stopped myself -- with my luck that would be the piece holding the whole thing together, or at least keeping air in the tire.
