I had no idea...

...there was such a thing. But it's a golf cart carrier. It's amazing this shot came out, even at 1/1000, I was laughing so hard.

That tail gate ramp looks like a fixed angle. If so that one heck of a steep climb for those carts.

I don't think Bolivia is near Notner. Not sure, though. But I did hear that a lot of war criminals became Bolivian dentists and had later migrated to the fair city of Notner.
