In front, the former Hospital Trust Building (1920), the Rhode Island School of Design's (RISD's) Roger Mandle Hall. The tall building was built in 1973 as the Hospital Trust Tower, later home to Fleet Bank, then Bank Boston, finally Sovereign Bank. It goes by One Financial Plaza.
