How many...

...DOT employees does it take to change a lightbulb?
I always wondered how they did it. It's even less efficient than I suspected.
For such a high-tech society, some things are still pretty primitive.

One man changing a bulb ?
First thoughts tell me this aint too bad.
But when I consider they had to build a factory to make the light bulbs.
Another even bigger place to build the vehicle to carry this man about.
And the cost of building a road to put under the light bulb.
Was it really worth it ?.
