The colors on the top don't run. Most of the stars on the bottom flag don't either.

Nice photo. Yes, but the life size map of Rhode Island is viewed best at ORIGINAL SIZE, where the viewer can choose topical, planimetric or thematic. I thought I'd point that out because you forgot to mention it.
