Built for Sitmar as FairMajesty. Princess bought the venerable Italian line just as she was completed. She entered service in 1989 as Star Princess, and was transferred to P&O in 1997 as Arcadia. Renamed Ocean Village in 2003 as part of a new P&O/Princess venture.
