I thought they were cleaning up the pond until I saw they were only taking the useful items. The guy's hair reminds me of Kevin Costner's in Waterworld.

I concur, that is Kevin Costner, and this is the budget version of waterworld.
PS, that rim is a useful item...Sure got some bad poverty in that area.

Nice rim. It looks good but I probably would have gone with chrome spinners just to show off a little.
