Just finished soldering the manifold in this pic. There will be a 3/4" --> water hose fitting on the angled portion, so that will be my input for the whole system. One valve will go through the water filter up to the top tier and fill the hot liquor tank (which will find its way into the mash tun on the lower left level a couple of times, then over to the boil kettle on the lower right level), one valve will go into my pre-chill coil and then into my counterflow chiller (or plate chiller if I find a good deal on one) to cool down the wort after the boil, and the last valve I'm just going to hang a hose and sprayer on for cleanup (might prove handy if one of the fires got out of hand too :) )
