Tucson Parks and Recreation in conjunction with KIDCO, went all out for the Parade of Lights on Saturday, December 17, 2011. In addition to a fabulous float, there was a marching band, full contingent of KIDCO toy soldiers, a train and an enthusiastic staff participating in the 17th Annual Downtown Parade of Lights. Everyone was filled with the holiday spirit and overjoyed to win the Grand Marshal's Award: Best of Show.
