We once had a Boxer swallow one of those things whole. We opened him up and took it out of his stomach and put it in the washing machine. It looked brand new after going through the dryer. We asked the owner if he wanted it back and he said no. That Boxer was kind of a nut. He had been in before this incident for swallowing sock whole. He did manage to get rid of the sock by himself. Came out the other end! Don't worry about Cody, most dogs have enough sense not to swallow something that size whole. They all love to chew the squeakers out and they all need lots of toys to play with. I'll bet he loves to play tug with that raccoon. He is adorable! V
