Hawkeye

Thought I saw movement in the tree outside the kitchen window. It was a Cooper's Hawk, having a little snack.
The most amazing sight was, a fearless hummingbird perched in the same tree watching!

Wow, how cool to see a hawk up this close. I wouldn't worry about the hummer...somehow I think they can take care of themselves! :o)

A fantastic shot. The hummingbird is probably way too quick to have to worry. You must carry your camera with you all the time to be able to catch such a thing!
