When I was kid I always spent the summer at my grandparents house right next to one of the largest forests in Denmark - Gribskov. This would mean first travelling with the "normal" subway to the limits of civilisation, then changing to a very small train where everybody knew everybody and the conductor wore clogs. After travelling with this train right into the middle of the forest, I would then get of at a very tiny and very old station and begin the 3 km walk through the forest to my grandparents house. This shot is from that walk. My mother now owns the house and yesterday I spent a wonderful day there with my kids - shooting with water-pistols and looking at strange animals in the grass :-)
