I always keep my eye out for creative shoes on the wire shots.

Jannik, Thank you for the link! I too heard about what Karl B says after I posted my photo. I never realized either. If true, than sad. Pic 6480 is my favorite of the gallery.

Here in the US drug dealers often do this outside of their homes to let druggies know where to get their goods.
