My 2012 Trip - Brussels - Cologne - Germany - Rhine - Cruise

I picked up an INSIGHT coach tour at Brussels on June 23
This is Day TWO of my INSIGHT trip through Europe - June 24 2012
We left Brussels after a wonderful breakfast at the Marriott Hotel. We then travelled into Germany to view the spires of Cologne Cathedral before continuing along the Rhine, via Bonn, to Boppard.
We cruised on a Canal boat past medieval hill-top castles and steep leafy vineyards to the village of St Goar, near the legendary Loreley Rock.
Then we continued on to Heidelberg, to see the cliff top castle before arriving at our hotel – the Crowne Plaza Heidelberg
