Blowing in the wind

January 2012 Challenge - Patterns and Shapes

These grasses are nearly flattened from the strong winds we have been having lately.
We've never had such as wet, grey, windy summer in December and January ever before...

I've done a little PP work on then and here it is in it's natural colours:

La Nina? We've had unusual weather too this December/January. Beautiful photo. I love grasses.

Isn't it interesting how weather conditions affect the look and color of local foliage?
Great image, Janice, and nice comparison for us to see.

Oh yes, winds are annoying but I love a soft breeze making the grass dance. Nice processing Janice!
