It looks like the grounds have all been cleaned up.
The house is in a terrible condition and I don't expect it could be rebuilt - unless it is demolished.

It's a charming style of home, but certainly looks as though it's well beyond repair. As Dawn said, this is perfect in a photo! I love it!!! :))
