Just get a permanent marker and make the 1. The city will most likely not redo the sign until they have a large batch to be fixed.

I think you can wait until Christmas and Easter fall on the same day!! bureaucrats are never in a hurry, where ever they are living and working unless the community changes the sign herself great catch and well seen
