I was glad Helen commented that she didn’t really understand the sign because I didn’t either.
Anyone want to enlighten us?
My guess is to stop testing on animals.

You are probably right Jane. It is cruel and inhumane, but the practice of testing on animals has helped advance medicine for our benefit, right or wrong.
