I thought this was a nicely done mural in Washington, DC.
I'm sorry I don't know the story behind it, maybe Helen does.

What perfect timing since we were talking about this mural on Sunday, when we drove by it again. I had photographed it a year or two ago and all I could find out was that it's painted on a ventilation shaft over the I 395 freeway. There's another mural on the other side that's been there for years. Anyway, well spotted and captured. V.
