Different Dog, Different Reaction

Tug showed no hesitation coming up to this guy.
I think he thought he might have some food he wanted to share.
The photo of Della yesterday showed her more cautious nature.
Or maybe Della realized Halloween is coming up....
She's not a fan of dressing up!
Anyone have any ideas who Della and Tug could be for Halloween this year?
