A Lot of New York City Windows

NYC, New York

On our trip back from D.C. we decided to go through the city.
It was very windy that day and the car was being blown around on the highway.
The thought of the bridges was a bit scary.
Big mistake...the traffic to the Lincoln Tunnel and through Manhattan was horrible.
I felt badly for my husband who was driving.
However, I was thrilled to be riding in the passenger seat with the sunroof open taking photos galore.
This was taken shortly before we entered the tunnel.

The combination of the clouds, composition and toning make this super attractive and memorable. I would have loved to be in that situation with me being the passenger. I have been in it quite a few times there, but I was always the driver. ~BV~

Wow! What a beauty. The wind blew the haze, smoke, etc away for you. I remember the Lincoln Tunnel traffic into the city from years ago w/o AC

Way to go to make such good use of your time. Love the tones you used here and the red building on the left is a real bonus for the frame.

All those windows are bad news for migrating birds, but still a great shot. We got stuck in lower Manhattan once. Not fun at all.
