Siong Lim Temple

Ritsuko and I spent an hour or so at Siong Lim Temple in Toa Payoh on 05/01/2006. What surprised us about this temple compared to temples we had been to in Japan was that they didn't charge any money to get in and there wasn't bus loads of tourist even though this is one of the most famous temples in Singapore. Also the construction and colours were totally different to Buddhist temples in Japan.
