In the Rehearsal Studio 06/04/2007

Some photos of Scourged Flesh in the Rehearsal Studio, Joondalup, Western Australia. Includes photos of Scourged Flesh's new Bassist, Scott.

It was a good environment to test out my SB-600 Flash. Using the SB-600 Flash allowed me to use my Nikkor AF-S DX 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G ED lens for wider angles in the confined environment, using the built in flash wouldn't have allowed me to take as fast shots with this slowish lens. When I'm at concerts I normally use my Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 EX DG lens, which is much faster and easier to focus, but it wouldn't have given me wide enough angles for the confines of the rehearsal studios.
