Photos from my shoot with Grave Forsaken for the CD booklet for the "This Day Forth" Album. This is the only time I got to shoot this particular line up of the band, it was just before Tim left. Unfortunately I didn't get to see them play live in this line up. When I shot them live at Rolandfest 2008, two months later, Tim had left.

We did the shoot almost a year before the Album was released and at the time the album was well into the mixing stage. Grave Forsaken spend over a year working on each Album, since they all work full time day jobs. If you like their music support them by buying a CD or purchasing downloads from iTunes.

This was also my first proper shoot with my D80, and I took advantage of it's commander mode capability. In non technical terms:- the new camera allowed me to fire my SB600 flash remotely rather than it having to sit in the hotshoe on top of the camera.
