Miyazaki is one of my favorite places in Japan, because of friendly people, open spaces, delicious food, balmy climate, great surf and some the lowest prices in Japan. For some reason people from the bigger cities in Japan look down on this place, but don't listen to them just go and check out Miyazaki for yourself.
Ritsuko and I were hosted in Mayazaki by our good friend Yumiko, and during the day looked after by Hinako and Lisa.
