Seang "Sean" Cheang |
Me at Rama IV Road
Bangkok, Thailand
This was taken by my friend Seang “Sean” Cheang, who I met at this conference.
Sean originally came from Cambodia, as young child he had to flee with his family to Thailand to escape from Pol Pot's regime. Later Sean and his family migrated to Australia and were he stayed until he graduated university and then he moved to Singapore, where he was living at the time of this conference. Six months later Sean and his wife moved to Perth to help us with the ministry in Perth for a year before they moved back to Singapore.
Sean's advice on Thai lifestyle and customs was invaluable during this trip and my second trip (in 1996). Sean and his wife Christina were also a big help to us in the church during the year they stayed in Perth.
