I believe this bird to be an adult as can be seen from closer examination of the two ages of tertials.
The older duller tertial still shows iridescence (along with the newer tertials)
so it is likely that it is an adult feather because a juvenile tertial would not show this iridescence.
The swallow must then be at least two years old and an adult.
