Voigtländer Nokton 58mm f1.4 SLII

This lens is an update of Cosina's 2003 limited edition 58/1.4 Topcor lens. It's beautifully made, all metal with a rubberized focusing ring with manual focusing, a modern interpretation of the classic SLR lens. Its 58mm focal length gives the FOV on a digital body of an 85mm lens on a 35mm film body, perfect for portrait photography.

Here are a few of the test shots I have taken with this lens. The only PP done was to resize for the Internet. In my initial tests on a K10D DSLR it appears to deliver similar if not slightly better results than my Pentax SMC-A 50mm f1.4 lens.
