James, I just spent a joyous half hour looking at your latest work. What pleasure to see an artist develop and explore his vision and observe the gradual development of his work over the years! My favourites: Ville Domain with Nightingales 2010, for the beauty of its heightened colour, sense of movement and atmosphere; in complete contrast, I love Homage to Juan Gris 2009 (partly as Gris is one of my all-time favourite painters); and Letter Writing 2010, where I particularly admire the figure seen against the light, the exciting colour contrast and the sheer gusto with which you painted this work. Simply fabulous!
