For fifteen years the local community has cared for this individual. he lives in an outdoor covered dwelling exposed to the elements except for a roof. He is from this village but went to India and when he returned he was changed. He does not respond to people or situations. He feeds himself but seems oblivious to all other interactions. It is a testimony to the people here that they do not call this man lazy but realize he has a problem and needs help.
