John, I think this is a very powerful image...best view at original (IMHO). I like the openness /separation of this man from everybody else. They, with their turned heads are only viewed, whereas he is also viewing. Without doubt the young woman in white adds another level of subtle incongruity. Well seen and glad you chose B&W. Voted.
