I've mentioned it more than once – there is something like "nice ruins" and "other ruins". The exterior appearance of this modern saw mill is certainly of the latter type, i.e. just dull and boring. Given that it was built around 1980 on the foundation of a paper mill which closed some years before this, it seems like a bankruptcy lead to a violent ending some ten years ago or so.

Let's also say that there is something like "nice photo weather" and "other photo weather". Perfectly even gray sky, like on this tour, is certainly of the lattery type.
