The underground mining world is even more fascinating and spectacular, especially when the mine has been closed for more than 25 years and everything is falling apart. However, finding a drift which is not water filled and accessible without highly specialized gear is not that easy. Further, getting underground is not without risk and poses a challenge for the photographer as the drifts are pitch dark.
