I would call this a spot-on exposure, where the "exposure-to-the-right" paradigm has been pushed to its perfection :)

Well - the point is that that this raw image is "as good as it gets". Any move up- or down in compensation would either create more shadow noise or destroy highlights, thereby creating artefacts in the fine details
