This historic picture is shot by my father Johan, most likely in 1962 +/- a year or so. It shows a bird's view of the Stockholm Ö yard, where a variety of stock can be identified, including some steam engines.
Interesting bit of trivia:
Had the camera been turned just a little bit to the left, you would have seen a rather tall and slim chimney. This marked the site of Sweden's first nuclear reactor, the R1, located some 30 m deep under the rock. Its quite remarkable that this was operating betwee 1954 and 1970, right in the middle of a major city. Not exactly up to today's safety standards........
