The dark center is like the dark recesses of our minds, always fretting about whether we did the right thing. There is certainly nothing stupid about this picture. It's a gloriously colored composition with all sorts of possible deeper meanings.

nice color and lighting. initially, one wonders why the center of the flower is dimmed, but it becomes evident with the title setting the context. for this particular subject, i'd like to see a flower with a single petal left. i think that would drive the message home more clearly.
